Impromptu Nutritionists and Theologians. By Dr. Chapman Chen

As soon as you tell non-vegans that you are vegan, they will suddenly become nutritionists concerned about your health. For example, they will claim that you must be suffering from malnutrition. Whenever you tell flesh-eaters that you are a vegan Christian, they will in no time turn into theologians worried about your soul. For instance, they will allege that Jesus distributed and ate fish, that God granted Noah and his offspring permission to kill and eat animals, blah blah blah. In such moments, you may want to refer them to the following information. https://www.vegantheology.net/post/impromptu-nutritionists-and-theologians-by-dr-chapman-chen

Both the American Dietetic Association and the British Dietetic Association have categorically stated that a vegan diet is healthy, safe and nutritionally adequate for all stages of life, including pregnancy, lactation and infancy (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19562864/; https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/eat-well/how-to-eat-a-balanced-diet/the-vegan-diet/).
