State-condoned China Online Game Incites Genocide of Hongkongers. By Chapman Chen, HKBNews

A free online game known as Universal War on Traitors to China (Quanmin Da Hanjian), which's currently very popular in China, is apparently inciting national hatred a/st Hongkongers. The CCP and State-controlled media like Global Times vigorously publicize and encourage the game. This matches Stage 4 (Dehumanization) and Stage 6 (Polarization [by propaganda]) of Prof. Gregory Stanton's 10-Stage-Genocide Model.

As soon as you turn on the game, you will be encountered with a slogan which reads, "Hong Kong is China's Hong Kong; No Foreign Powers are Allowed to Meddle in it!" The background is Hong Kong's streets where the flags of Red China and Communist Hong Kong are waving, and on which black-clad HK activists wearing black masks and yellow helmets are braving tear gas. With batons, axes, guns and bombs, players of this game are to assault and slaughter Hongkongers, esp. HK pan-democrats like Joshua Wong, Anson Chan, Chris Shum, Martin Lee, Nathan Law, Jimmy Lai, and Albert Ho.

The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) states that "any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence shall be prohibited by law". The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) prohibits all incitement of racism.
