Jesus “the good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep” (John 10:11 NIV), while Paul the ravening wolf in sheep’s clothing (Matthew 7:15; Genesis 49:27) encourages believers to eat any animal flesh “sold in the market without raising questions of conscience” (1 Corinthians 10:25 NIV)!
