Good day. Sunday, The Lord’s Day…Connecting to God…I cannot emphasize enough that if it is a connection to God you seek, the first and foremost step in the process is the elimination of animal products from the diet and your life. The next step is repentance for having committed a mortal sin by breaking the commandment “Thou shalt not kill” by proxy of having paid the butcher who killed at your behest.
Recompense cannot fully be made because you cannot create the lives of God’s creatures whom you consumed but you must make an earnest attempt to do so. Which means to use your God given gifts to better the world for animals in whatever way brings you the most joy in the Service of God and the beautiful creatures God created…whatever you do in the service of the animals will be your gift of repentance and depending upon the greatness of the gift, your sacrifice, shall determine how quickly you will be rewarded by The Holy Spirit entering your soul enabling the connection to God.
It is not a free ride. The road to redemption is not an easy one, but the journey can be quickened by giving everything to God in the service to our dear animal friends. Some of my friends I am sure are aware of this, Father Robert Ryugen Doshin Yamada, of The Animal Liberation Temple, I am sure would positively testify to these statements as I am sure The Supreme Master Ching Hai would as well. Dr. Faraz Harsini, would no doubt also agree as would Dr. Chapman Chen. There is no greater service to God than to use our God given ability to end animal abuse and the beauty of the repentence is that it is easy, do what your heart desires to advance the cause of animal rights, animal care, environmental care so as to assist wildlife, the options are endless.
Imagine your penance could be wonderful! It need not be drudgery. Each of my friends I have mentioned do diametrically opposed actions for our dear animal friends and each follows their heart in doing so! Imagine going to confession and you left with penance that made you happy and fulfilled your life! This is what following your passion to the benefit of our dear animal friends leads to, the choice is whether to go all in and reap the rewards in receiving your connection to God sooner or later.
How soon you receive forgiveness depends on your level of commitment. God’s creatures are here for us to serve God with not to subserve in any other way. Please, we never know when our time is up, the sooner you give, the sooner you shall receive. Find what impassions you to the benefit of the animals and give to it your all. I promise you that you will be rewarded in ways that will astonish you. Peace be with you.
